We’re a volunteer group of neighbours focused on improving our estate by working alongside the factor.

The committee meets in person about every six weeks to represent residents and ensure the factor is working in everyone’s best interest. Alongside working with the factor on maintenance issues, our committee is also dedicated to enhancing the estate and building a stronger community.

Absolutely! And thankfully there are many ways to be part of our community, from simply turning up to events (details sent via our mailing list), to attending our AGM, to being a full committee member and attending meetings.
